Like all of our programs, certified gymnastics coaches teach every skill level from beginner through advanced. Athletes work through the program learning and refining fundamentals, from safety falls and rolls up to advanced tumbling skills, trampoline and acrobatics.
Because the group spans a wide range of ages and abilities, coaching is differentiated within the class rather than everyone doing the same thing at the same time.

Homeschool gymnastics preregistration opens in July for the September to June season.
An annual Alberta Gymnastics Federation registration fee of $35 per participant applies, valid 1 July to 30 June. Full registration details.
