How to register
Everything runs through our parent portal. Create an account once, then enrol, check schedules, manage payments and download receipts in one place.
Registering in four steps
Create your parent portal account
New families set up an account with your child details, contact information and medical notes. It takes a few minutes and you only do it once.
Choose a class
Live openings, days and times are listed in the portal for every program. If your first choice is full, join the waitlist. Spaces do open up, and new classes are sometimes added once the first ones fill.
Complete the waiver and membership
All participants require an annual Alberta Gymnastics Federation registration of $35, valid 1 July to 30 June. This is separate from class fees.
Pay and you are enrolled
Class fees can be spread across equal monthly payments so your budget stays consistent. See how that is calculated below.
How pricing works
Monthly price varies depending on your registration date. It is calculated by taking the number of classes in the entire season and splitting the total into equal monthly payments, so families have a consistent monthly budget. Planned closures are removed before the monthly average is calculated.
Class prices are prorated if you join after a session has started, based on the number of classes remaining through to the following June. You can register and start any time provided space is available.
Prices shown in the portal do not include the $35 annual registration fee or processing. All displayed prices are subject to errors or omissions, and registration in our programs constitutes acceptance of this pricing model. In the event of an error in pricing or calculation we reserve the right to adjust the payment schedule or cancel the registration.
Discounts. We offer 5 percent off when multiple children register together, whether they are family or friends, applied to every child in the group. We occasionally offer additional discounts to families following us on Facebook or Instagram, or subscribed to our email list.
Financial assistance. We are not able to offer low income discounts, but families often use support agencies such as KidSport or Jumpstart. We are not affiliated with any funding agency. You remain responsible for paying class fees and will be refunded on receipt of agency funding, and any questions about approvals or payments should go to the agency directly.
Registration questions
Can I register or pay in person?
Not at this time. Registration and payment are online only. If you need help registering or paying, text us at 780-818-8713 and we will walk you through it.
Do you offer free trial classes?
No. If you register and pay for a session but are not happy with the program after the first class, we will cancel your registration and provide a full refund.
The class I want is full. What now?
Join the waitlist through the portal, and check back in case of a cancellation. New classes are sometimes opened after the first classes fill completely.
Do you prorate if classes have already started?
Yes. Prices adjust based on the number of classes left in the season through to the following June. Note that a report card may not be issued if there is not enough time between your start date and the report card date to assess progress properly.
Are there refunds for missed classes?
No. Most classes are full, which leaves no room to fit in children who have missed another class, and there are no refunds or discounts for missed classes. See our refund and cancellation policy for full details.
